• •Payment Data: Credit card details and subscription records processed directly through Stripe. Sparkvolo does not store full credit card numbers or banking secrets on our servers.
• •Client Proposal Information: Client names, destination options, quote selections, resort choices, and travel details entered into Sparkvolo to construct proposals for your clients.
• •Usage & Diagnostics: IP addresses, device headers, and traffic metrics collected via Cloudflare infrastructure to ensure edge performance and platform security.

We use the collected information strictly to:

• •Render interactive web and PDF quote proposals for your travel clients.
• •Authenticate logins and enforce data access security using database Row Level Security (RLS).
• •Process subscription charges and send payment receipts via Stripe.
• •Prevent fraudulent use, system abuse, and security incidents.

• •Ownership: Client travel details and quotes submitted to Sparkvolo belong exclusively to your travel advisor account.
• •No Direct Marketing: We do not market to, contact, sell, or rent the personal information of the travel clients whose details you enter into Sparkvolo proposals.

We share necessary operational data only with trusted infrastructure subprocessors:

• •Stripe: Secure billing and subscription management.
• •Supabase: Encrypted cloud database and user authentication services.
• •Cloudflare: CDN hosting, SSL encryption, and edge application routing.

We implement strict security measures, including Row Level Security (RLS) policies at the database layer and full SSL/TLS encryption in transit, to prevent unauthorized access to your account and client proposals.

You may access, update, or request the deletion of your account and proposal history at any time by contacting support@sparkvolo.com.
