Sparkvolo ("the Platform," "we," "us") is owned and operated by MMDG Travel, LLC. By accessing or using our website at sparkvolo.com and our online quoting software, proposal builder, and related services for travel advisors (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  • •Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and operating as an active travel advisor, travel agency, or independent contractor to use Sparkvolo.
  • •Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all quotes, proposals, and activities created under your account.
  • •Disney Trademark Disclaimer: Sparkvolo is an independent software application created to assist travel advisors. Sparkvolo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company, Disney Enterprises, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All Disney trademarks, resort names, park names, and logos are the property of their respective owners.
  • •Accuracy of Quotes: Sparkvolo provides tools to generate quote proposals for your travel clients. Pricing, availability, resort terms, ticket options, and promotion details supplied by travel suppliers or manually entered by you are subject to change. You, as the travel advisor, are solely responsible for verifying final pricing, availability, and booking details directly with official travel suppliers prior to confirming reservations for your clients.
  • •Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via our secure payment processor, Stripe.
  • •Refunds: Annual plans are eligible for a partial refund within 30 days of purchase, minus applicable payment processing fees for the original transaction and refund. Monthly plans are non-refundable.
  • •Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees upon 30 days' advance notice to active account holders.
  • •Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable local, state, or federal taxes associated with your subscription.

You agree not to:

  • •Use Sparkvolo to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or inaccurate proposals intended to deceive travelers.
  • •Reverse engineer, decompile, crawl, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary quote template structures of the Services.
  • •Circumvent database security controls, API rate limits, or access parameters.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Sparkvolo platform, design system, quote engines, and software infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Sparkvolo. Client proposal data created by you remains your property.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPARKVOLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF COMMISSIONS, TRAVEL REVENUE, OR CLIENT BOOKINGS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • •You may cancel your Sparkvolo subscription at any time through your Account Settings or via the Stripe Customer Portal.
  • •Upon cancellation, your account will remain active with full access to your quotes and proposals until the end of your paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
  • •Monthly Plans: Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid month.
  • •Annual Plans: If you purchase an annual subscription, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original transaction or renewal date. Refund requests made after 30 days are non-refundable.
  • •Processing Fee Deductions: Any approved refund for an annual plan will be issued minus non-refundable payment processing charges incurred for both the original purchase and the processing of the refund itself (as assessed by our payment processor, Stripe).

To request an annual plan refund within the 30-day window, send an email to support@sparkvolo.com with your registered advisor account email. Once calculated and approved, refunds are processed through Stripe and typically post back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
